Media Festival projects

There are several classes working on Media Festival projects right now. Mrs. Stevens and her first block class have been working very hard on a cooking show project using MovieMaker. The class was split into four groups and they cooked one recipe of choice. Two groups made chicken alfredo, one group made pecan pie, and the final group made sushi! They did an amazing job documenting the process of cooking their dishes! The final videos will be linked here in the next day or so! I can't wait to see how they turn out!!

Ms. McCook's class also recently completed their Media Festival project about dolphins! They did an amazing job using video and iMovie. The narration was excellent, the video was wonderful, and the overall message was enlightening! I can't wait to see how well they do at the school and county competitions!!

If your class is working on anything for Media Festival, please let me know and I will showcase you on the blog. I will also come work with you class and assist in any way I can!! Let's see how much talent we have here at Bradwell!!

They learned a program called PhotoStory and have been coming into the media center in the mornings to work on their projects! I can't wait to see what they look like when they are done! Next up is PODCASTING! I am really excited to see the creativity of our students with this technology. Links to the projects are coming soon!
